Shelley Leap
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Shelley is originally from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and now resides in Bellwood.  She completed her undergraduate education at Penn State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During this time she enjoyed competing on the Penn State track and field team. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in 2018.

Shelley started her career working in an outpatient setting where she was able to gain experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic and general neurological conditions. She decided to continue her career with Energy Rehab in 2021. Her main interest is in orthopedic related pain, injuries, and postoperative recoveries. She also has a special interest in treating individuals with vestibular disorders including BPPV, vestibular hypofunctions, and other conditions causing vertigo or dizziness. She looks forward to continuing to provide individualized care tailored to meet the needs and goals of each patient.

Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children participating in many outdoor activities including going to parks, golfing, fishing, camping, skiing, and running.
