From youth sports to the weekend warrior, an injury prevention program should be an integral part of every athletes’ fitness plan. In today’s society our young athletes start younger and progress faster and aging athletes continue to enjoy sports longer with while striving for great performance. This societal shift has increased the amount of injuries that occur in the younger and aging athlete population.   With physical therapy backgrounds, we are trained to identify biomechanical imbalances. Finding weaknesses in muscle groups, limits in flexibility, abnormal movement patterns, compensations and faulty mechanics are fundamental to success with injury prevention and improving performance safely. With a complete assessment and a specifically designed personal program, we can lead you safely to meet your athletic goals.
