Danielle Almendarez PT, DPT

Danielle was born and raised in Bellefonte, PA, attending Bellefonte Area High School. She attended Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA where she earned her Bachelors in Science, Minor in Exercise Physiology, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Danielle also played Division I softball at Saint Francis for the Red Flash during her undergraduate years.

Danielle started her career working in an out-patient clinic and in home health settings, learning a vast skill set to treat a variety of symptoms and conditions - from orthopedic injuries and post-operative surgeries, neurological impairments, strokes, and Parkinson’s disease. Danielle also has worked extensively with Worker’s Compensation patients to aid in full and safe return to work duties after injuries.

Danielle values her patients quality of life and personal goals, striving to ensure each patient has specialized and individualized care that meets their specific needs. She is looking forward to continuing her professional development with Energy Rehab to provide an even wider range of skills for the community she grew up in.

Personally Danielle loves sports and to be outdoors, enjoying hiking, trail running, biking, and softball. She loves the beauty of the local mountains and woods, and enjoys camping with her family on weekends
