Energy is pleased to welcome Alicia Spence, PT, MPT, Cert MDT to our team. Alicia is a resident of Pine Grove Mills and resides there with her husband whom with she shares five children. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening and flying with her husband, a pilot.

Alicia has been a valued Physical Therapist in Centre County for several years.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1991 from Ohio University.  In 1994, she completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Temple University.  Along with having extensive experience in treating orthopedic conditions, she specializes in two areas.  Alicia is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute and specializes in treating back and neck pain.  Over the years, she has also become the leader in the treatment of pelvic conditions in central Pennsylvania.  With her expertise in this area, she is able to treat Urinary Incontinence, Vaginal Prolapse, Pelvic Pain, Pain with Intercourse, and Pregnancy Related Pain.

The one on one mobile therapy model at Energy Rehab Wellness and Training will provides a great avenue for Alicia to continue providing general physical therapy as well as treating spine and pelvic disorders.
