Physical Therapy - Location

Rachel is originally from State College, she completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State in 2004 in Health Policy and Administration. She went on to work in long term care, and to pursue my masters degree in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University, where she graduated from in 2008. For the last 10 years, she has  worked in skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, personal care homes/assisted living facility and CCRC communities. Her passion lies in geriatric and older adult rehabilitation with a focus on dementia and specialty in driving rehabilitation.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, ranging in age from 8 months to 5 years. They enjoy spending time outside hiking, canoeing and attending PSU sporting events. They also enjoy taking family trips and spending time at the beach and at local state parks. Never a dull moment in their home!
