Meredith was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. She attended the University of Ottawa where she earned her Bachelors in Biomedical Science. She then went on to earn her Masters in Physical Therapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland where her family lives.

Meredith moved to San Francisco after graduating where she started her career working in outpatient and skilled nursing settings. Meredith treats both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic injuries as well as chronic and acute back pain. Meredith is also passionate about treating neurological conditions including Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries.

Meredith uses a variety of treatment techniques to help patients achieve their desired outcomes and goals including exercises, manual techniques and education. Meredith loves being outdoors hiking, backpacking and running and also enjoys aerial yoga and tennis.
